Minimum Order Value is £100.  Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent along with a pro forma invoice.

Postage:  For orders of £100, postage is inclusive to all mainland UK addresses.  For delivery to all other UK locations, the minimum order value is £200.

Retention of brand identity:  All products are designed and made by me. Therefore, it is a condition of sale that no product shall be modified in anyway;  neither my logo removed nor the goods relabelled under another trade name.

Payment:  Since many of my goods are made to order, payment is required in full in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer or by cheque. If paying by cheque, manufacturing will not commence until the cheque has cleared into my account.

Delivery :  This will be by Royal Mail First Class "Signed For" service. If you have any specific instructions about address or days of the week you are not available to receive my package, please advise at the time of ordering.  Once goods have been despatched a further email will be sent to you.

Returns:  Given the made to order nature of my business, returns cannot be accepted unless there is a fault related to the manufacturing of the product.  If you have ordered a bespoke product, I cannot be held responsible for any error made in your instructions or spelling of names/ places which have been given to me.
